65% — l'Hôte. The francophone host who ran your expedition. (After a 3-event apprenticeship: one shadowed, two co-hosted, expenses covered.)
20% — Bilingua. Keeps the game free, the kits printed, the lights on.
15% — le Fonds communautaire. The hosts' collective fund: bourse seats for those who can't pay, suspended coffees, materials. Spending published quarterly.

If only 3 people show, the fund tops the host up to a $12 floor — nobody hosts for pocket lint. Full model & research: DESIGN-ECONOMY.md in the repo. Prices include everything; no fees appear at checkout that aren't shown here.
